CAPTAIN FREAK- CHAPTER 5: A VILLAIN OF HOPE

 




"Hey, Bob nice to meet you," said Captain Freak looking at his friend Bob in the studio of The Mighty Kids show, "Andy! hello mate, good to see you in here," said Bob, "I thought I would be alone," "No you won't be alone, Ethan died, did you hear that?" said Captain, "Yes, he got murdered, pretty obvious he deserved it," said Bob, "Surely he did," said Captain, "Look Andy, I am sorry for that day, I should have not done that, you are a kind person, but I had to feed my family, I had paid my bills, and there is some money left, you can take it if you want to," said Bob offering Captain some bills, "No, you keep them, you are a family man, you might need it in future because I heard that the show would stop airing today. It's kind of the last episode," said Captain, "Oh! it's the last episode, I am pretty sure, some other show might take it over," said Bob. "I don't think so," said Captain, when the show started. Dr. Haris Scott entered the stage and sat on his guest chair. 

Captain Freak seeing the show saw kids listening to a hoax. All they were being taught was to be good and be kind. Dr. Haris Scott said, "When I was a kid I had very less friends with me due to which I suffered later on in my life, bad friends, and good friends matter the most. Try to please people, there is nothing wrong with making people happy." 
"Oh, there is very wrong in fitting in the world!" shouted Captain Freak entering the stage. The coordinators got doubted about this entry but they didn't want to interrupt the show. "Who are you?" said Dr. Haris, "I am Captain Freak!" said Captain, Haris thought that it might be part of the show when he continued, "So why do you think that fitting in the world is wrong?"

"Actually you never need to fit in the world, the world needs to fit in you, for example, I! I used to be bullied by people around me and called me a Freak all the time. I tried to prove that I am not a freak but still they did, so one day I decided to play the role of a Freak and became Captain Freak and, I killed three people," said Captain, a silence broke out in the studio after listening to this. "Is this a part of your script?" whispered Haris in Captain's ears, when Captain said, "No, it is a part of life! you need to act like the way the world wants you to act, and then you enjoy," 

"Look dude this is a kid's show, you should not talk like that," said Haris, "Okay! then kids, listen to this advice, we all are unique and we should not be scared of having even zero friends. Otherwise, this world will punch your nose! hard, harder than you think." said Captain when the crew members set out to take Captain out of the show, "What do you mean? are you a freak?" said Haris, "Yes, I am, I am Captain Freak! the captain of the world who is going to save everyone, I tried to be nice, and you all punched my nose, I tried to love you and you punched my nose, I tried to be your friend, and you punched my nose, I tried to be loyal and you punched my nose!" shouted Captain Freak in an increasing volume, with a wave of increasing anger, "But today! the world will see, and I will punch your nose!" and Captain Freak punched Haris' nose as hard as he could and then smiled he said, "Freak!" and the crew members jumped on Captain dragging him off the stage, "Now listen! the world doesn't need a mayor like you! you are a problem and captain will save the people!" The captain said and took his gun out and shot at one guard holding him and then shot another bullet on Haris killing him. 

Chaos prevailed in the hall when the people started rushing and scream all around and Captain said, "See, I saved the people from a bad mayor!". Captain saw the emergency exit and entered it running to save himself from the guards who went after him. The chase began when Captain was sighted by the two guards. Seeing a window in front of him, Captain jumped off the window which was not a very good height. Captain fell on the roof of an old car parked in the alley. And then he fell on the ground. 

Andy appeared in front of him, sitting in the car. He was looking dead ahead where people were rushing all around and it was because of Captain Freak. "What are you looking at?" asked Captain, "You did it, captain, you made it," said Andy coming out of the car, "The world needed a hero like you, and you are a hero, at least for me, you are. You finally made your place in the world," said Andy with a remarkable tone. "I made it, but they couldn't and that is why they are running. Don't worry, they will learn to fit with me," said Captain. Andy patted on Captain's shoulders and said, "I made a drawing for you captain, in the car." said Andy and disappeared in the air, like he used to exist. Captain entered the car and saw the drawing in front of him. 

It was is outline again, the same way he once made on the wall. There was not much difference in that drawing but with the halo over his head, there were horns too. Captain smirked seeing it, and spoke just one word, "Freak".

  "Freak, what a joke! it's been 13 years now and he would be free in a few days. But glad at least his party lost all the elections all this while.
