Ever happened that you ate a smelly meal and the next day you kept on seeing the face of your toilet's wall? if yes, then you would get it easily.
We are what we eat. What we consume turns into the content of our today's actions. The way we speak, walk, or even a dress depends on what kind of things are we into. For example, a person who loves to read or learn new things is more comfortable with a new environment of experiences and ideologically more upright. But the one who is consuming social media and catchy songs is the one who faces a whole lot problem in facing new problems and the environment.
A lot of things might change in our lives if we subject ourselves to change in our consumption. Now, here lies the best part, you don't want to put yourself in a new environment. The reason is simple because you are lying in a comfort zone right now. When you lift your ass up from there you land in whole new territory of new learning. Putting yourself in a change is a very common thing. You don't need any much effort in doing that. In fact, you have to do it for the past few years of your life.
Changing your habits might land you up in a new lookout towards things that you see in a one centered view. So, in simple language change your food and will not have to go to the toilet again.
If we change our perception towards a basic thing, it might lower the pain or results which it could have given you before. For example, when a student comes at the top of his class, he/she is appreciated by teachers and classmates making grades a huge deal for everyone. But if one fails, they feel literally bad. Now, here if Grades were not treated as a huge thing, the one who failed could have moved on easily. Now even if he alone could have changed his perception of Grades, it could have helped. So, instead of subjecting himself to the topper's appreciation, he should have consumed the examples of great lifetime learners who won instead of failing miserably.
In the end, we all are humans and deserve ourselves to be in the best environment. And this decision is totally up to us.
