THE SPIDERMAN- BATTLE BEGINS| CONCEPT PLOT

 

The story begins with Adrian Toomes who frees the three smugglers from the prison bringing them back to their boss who is Aaron Davis. Adrian who lost his job when Stark overtook Oscorp joins hands with the mafia using his Vulture technology for their help. 

Peter on the other hand busy in the city with Captain Stacy in wiping out crime, comes across Kingpin a well-known politician on whom several criminal charges are accused but using his political powers he saves himself over and again. Stacy plans to arrest Kingpin who is the last one in the city with strong criminal connections. Spiderman according to him is the only one who can do this as he is no government body. Kingpin in an attempt of a drug deal with Aaron Davis gets attacked by various bombs planted at the site by police when Spiderman arrives kidnapping Kingpin and taking him away in a police van. Kingpin is brought in a special prison wherein he is kept under police supervision until Stacy finds out more about him. 

Peter takes an off from duty. Aaron returning back injured discusses with his team and other members along with Toomes about Spiderman emerging as a problem. Toomes plans the killing of Spiderman while making a suit for Aaron to rescue Kingpin from custody. Peter learns about Mary going off-board to some other town. Returning to daily bugle he learns about Eddie being fired from the job and his position being taken by Ned Leeds. Ned befriends Peter and promises to never compete him in anything. Meanwhile their job, Ned falls for Betty Brant the assistant of Jonah Jameson. Peter gets a chance to meet Captain Stacy's family when his daughter Gwen falls for Peter. Gwen tries to date Peter who neglects it which breaks Gwen. 

Aaron secretly enters the special prison and kills all the present guards freeing Kingpin. Aaron names himself as Prowler. Prowler on a call from Toomes learns about Mary Jane who was previously kidnaped by Goblin. Captain Stacy learns about Prowler taking Kingpin back. Peter learns about this when he gets a call from Toomes who tells him about the kidnapping of Mary Jane and he would kill her if she doesn't tell about real identity of Spiderman. Peter forcefully has to make Mary tell him. Mary lies that Spiderman is Ned Leeds. Spiderman arrives on time to save Mary when Vulture somehow after a small fight with him escapes. 

Peter has a new responsibility to save Ned from Vulture. Mary permanently has to break up with Peter now to save herself. Peter confused asks Stacy for help who refuses for being busy finding Kingpin. Kingpin once murdered a fellow politician whose witness was just in hands of Stacy and his officers. Gwen arrives on time and leads Peter to some records carried by her father where he learns about Aaron Davis but not Adrian Toomes. He doubts on Oscorp when he finally visits Stark to know the truth. Stark tells that he fired some Oscorp employees who were working on illegal projects. Peter tries to find the current situations of all the ex employes when he learns about Adrian Toomes who was a mechanical engineer at Oscorp and was the one to prepare the Goblin suit.

Kingpin sends Vulture and Prowler to catch the witness before Stacy. Stacy loses the witness when Vulture and Prowler take him away. Spiderman arrives on time but gets overpowered by the two fighting them at the same time. Prowler badly injures Peter while Peter takes down the wings of the Vulture damaging them. But still, Prowler and Vulture escape taking away the witness. Stacy and Peter fail when Stacy plans to close the investigation before Kingpin terminates him after getting in power after the elections. Peter still promises Stacy to look over it and not quit. 

Gwen arrives at Peter's place to help him cure and tells that she always knew that Peter was Spiderman. Peter also tells Gwen that he can't date her as Mary got in the problem but he doesn't want Gwen to get in a problem. Mary arrives at the moment seeing Gwen and Peter together making her angry when Mary leaves thinking that Peter was cheating her. Kingpin shoots the witness and orders Vulture and Prowler to catch Ned (whom they assume to be Spiderman) and kill him. In return of this Kingpin would give him a tribute in public and gain public sympathy to win elections and also their biggest threat will finish. 

Ned at night on his way with Betty gets attacked by Prowler and Vulture when he is just nearly killed when he learns that Spiderman used his name. Spiderman arrives at the place and somehow saves Ned from the two. Stacy also shows up and goes after Prowler. Spiderman goes after Vulture whose suit he successfully destroys catching him. Aaron overpowers Stacy and is about to kill him when Peter saves Stacy but Aaron still shoots Stacy. Peter battles up with Aaron when Stark arrives in a helicopter and using a special gun shoots Aaron taking him down. Aaron and Toomes are arrested and kept in custody and Stacy uses them as witnesses against Kingpin. Aaron in order to save his nephew from all this mess agrees to be the witness. Aaron also asks Spiderman to take care of his nephew whom he loves the most. 

Kingpin before getting arrested plans to do a phone call to Ned and after that is arrested. Gwen tells Mary everything except her crush on Peter when Mary still doubtful ignores this. Peter thanks Stark when he learns that Ned left the job. Peter goes after Aaron's nephew to learn about him who is none but Miles Morales.
